NMC Hosts Spring 2013 Student Orientations on Jan. 2, 7, 9 and 10 (December 26, 2012)

The Northern Marianas College will be hosting student orientations for the upcoming Spring 2013 semester on January 2, 7, 9 and 10.

The student orientations are hosted to assist new students and returning students (who did not take courses at NMC in the Fall 2012 semester or Intersession Term), learn more about various educational programs, services and resources available at the College.

The orientations will also provide students the opportunity to meet NMC staff, faculty and other students before the start of the Spring semester. NMC will be hosting student orientations on the following dates:

NMC Spring 2013 Student Orientation Schedule

January 2 New & Returning Student Orientation in Room D-1 (9am-12pm)

January 7 International Student Orientation at the NMC Student Center in Building J(9:30am-12:30pm)

January 9 New & Returning Student Orientation in Room D-1 (4pm-7pm)

January 10 New & Returning Student Orientation in Room S-1 (4pm-7pm)

Participation in a student orientation is a requirement for enrollment. New or returning students who do not attend a student orientation will not be able to register for courses during the week of Spring 2013 registration, which begins on Monday, January 14, 2013.

If you are unable to attend any of the scheduled student orientation listed in the calendar, contact the Office of Student Activities and Leadership at 234-5498 ext. 1253.

New students who have not applied for admission and are reminded that the deadline to apply for admission to NMC is on Wednesday, January 2, 2013.
