Tropical Storm Watch Remains In Effect for Saipan, Tinian (3:30pm, April 28, 2014) Update #2

Please be advised that as of this morning, a Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Saipan, Tinian, Alamagan, and Pagan. According to the CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management Office, a tropical storm watch means tropical storm force winds of 39 MPH or greater are possible within 48 hours. The latest advisory from EMO is attached.

Please take precautionary measures and anticipate strong/gusty winds, heavy showers, possible debris on roadways, street flooding, and slow traffic movement.

As much as possible, the College will be making announcements about storm updates, class cancellations (if any), and other important information on:
