Bunts-Anderson featured on Sunday's 'Your Humanities Half-Hour' (December 15, 2017)

Press Release) — This Sunday’s “Your Humanities Half-Hour” radio program will feature Dr. Kimberly-Bunts Anderson, an associate professor in language and humanities at Northern Marianas College.

Dr. Bunts-Anderson is currently writing a book in collaboration with another NMC faculty member, Ajani Burrell, which will present a selection of writings on contemporary life in the Mariana Islands.

Their work is being supported by a grant from the Northern Marianas Humanities Council.

Also featured are book contributors Jesse Pangelinan who will discuss his life as a Chamorro Muslim and Chenoa Bunts-Anderson who will talk about her research among people who have diabetes.

“Your Humanities Half-Hour” radio program, which airs each Sunday from 2 to 2:30 pm on Power 99, is hosted by Catherine Perry Harris. Be sure to tune in.
