Twelve Northern Marianas College business students were recently inducted to the Sigma Beta Delta international honor society at last Friday's installation ceremony held at the college's As Terlaje campus.

'We are extremely proud of the newly-inducted students and the recognition and pride they bring to NMC,' said NMC president Dr. Carmen Fernandez.

Through June 30, 2017, Sigma Beta Delta had installed over 450 chapters in 48 states and international while inducting 100,000 members worldwide.

Student business majors who rank in the top twenty percent of the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral classes at schools with chapters of Sigma Beta Delta are eligible for invitation to membership in the Society.

The students who were inducted in the Northern Marianas College chapter of Sigma Beta Delta include Kimberly Ada, Jatanna Cabrera, Michelle Gibson, Jezza Guerrero, Seong Bin Lee, Simon Necesito, Timothy Tabago, Elizabeth Solito, Francis Tomokane, Roman Franklin Tudela, Vincent Tudela, and Keisuke Yoshida.
