Northern Marianas College graduates Xiu Zhen Lizama and Joy Anna Marie Waldo recently earned their certification in Maternal Newborn Nursing from the National Certification Corporation (NCC).
The Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force and the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation, in partnership with the Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services, will be conducting free COVID-19 antigen drive-thru testing for community members on Saipan starting Monday, Dec. 13, 2021. Testing will be conducted via drive-thru only, and walk-ups will not be accepted. Testing timeframe is subject to the availability of testing supplies.
Kentucky Fried Chicken is the latest companies to sign on as a Northern Marianas College ProaPerks Partner, joining many other businesses and organizations. All card-carrying members of the NMC ProaPerks program can now receive nachos or a free cookie with every purchase of a 2 piece chicken meal from KFC.
The Saipan Higher Education Financial Assistance (SHEFA) application has been extended to December 15, 2021.

Earlier today, Governor Ralph Dlg. Torres announced some temporary COVID-19-related restrictions and the closure of non-essential government offices, all as part of our shared efforts to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19 throughout our community.
