The 2022-2023 FAFSA is available for students to apply! This application is for the Fall 2022, Spring 2023, and Summer 2023 semesters.
Whether you are a new student, an ongoing student, or a returning student, the 22-23 FAFSA must be submitted. If you plan to enroll at NMC, you must submit a FAFSA (regardless of citizenship status).
Submission Deadlines for the 2022-2023 FAFSA are as follows:
- Fall 2022
- Application Deadline: 08/01/2022
- Supporting Documents Deadline: 09/30/2022
- Spring 2023
- Application Deadline: 12/01/2022
- Supporting Documents Deadline: 02/28/2023
- Summer 2023
- Application Deadline: 06/01/2023
- Supporting Documents Deadline: 6/17/2023
These deadlines are strict deadlines and applications submitted after these dates will not be considered.
Please remember, if you already submitted a FAFSA for Fall 2022, then you DO NOT have to submit another application for Spring 2023 or Summer 2023.
Applying for FAFSA
- Students can apply online on the web by visiting www.fafsa.gov or www.studentaid.gov
When applying for the FAFSA, you must include NMC as a school choice so we can receive your FAFSA information. If asked to include a federal school code, please indicate 015746.
We receive online applications in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional week to review the application and Pell Grant eligibility.
