Small business owners on Tinian who are interested in learning more about federal government contracting procedures are invited to attend a business seminar on Friday, November 17, 2023, by the Tinian Small Business Development Center at the Northern Marianas College.

The seminar, which is offered at no-cost to participants, will be conducted by Philip Mendiola-Long, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Sherman Consulting, LLC., will equip local entrepreneurs with the knowledge and foresight to gear up for the impending wealth of opportunities the Department of Defense projects will bring to the island.

Sherman Consulting, LLC is the Leading Consulting firm in the Asia Pacific Region that assists US and Foreign firms pursue contracting opportunities in Guam and the Mariana Islands. The firm provides extensive & comprehensive services for firms seeking to be involved in the vast opportunities related to infrastructure upgrades on Guam and the Marianas. 

This seminar will help small businesses understand the intricacies of the government contracting process, enabling them to compete effectively in the government contracting arena. Additionally, this seminar will address the multitude of personnel needs both inside and outside military facilities. 

Both current and aspiring small business owners are invited to attend.
