Northern Marianas College nursing graduates Eric Lee, Shekinah Armea, Elisa Guerrero, and Savannah Santos recently joined the list of students who have passed the challenging National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses, or NCLEX-RN.

Hafa Adai Rent-a-Car is the latest company to sign on as a Northern Marianas College ProaPerks Partner, joining many other businesses and organizations. All card-carrying members of the NMC ProaPerks program can now receive a 15% discount (applies to all car classes), as well as a waiver for the additional driver fee.

Shawn Castillon and Bonnie Sagana, students of Northern Marianas College’s education program, recently joined the long list of NMC students who passed the Praxis II exam. Praxis II assesses an educator’s knowledge in a specific subject area or grade level that they will be teaching.

The CNMI Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the Northern Marianas College in partnership with the Office of the Guam Procurement and Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) hosted an Introduction to Federal Opportunities training on Monday, January 30, 2023 on the island of Tinian and on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 on the island of Saipan.

In support of funding higher education in the CNMI, radio station Magic 100.3 recently donated $5,000 worth of radio advertisements to the Northern Marianas College Foundation to help with its marketing efforts for their upcoming Golf Open in March.
